New Year's Resolutions

This year I will...

1. Improve in my instruments, particulary with the fiscorn and the trombone. I hope this summer I can go to a profesional cobla. To acomplish it, I need more time outside school.
2. Get better in my English by practising grammar and vocabulary, talking, watching series with subtitles and listening to music with lyrics .
3. Read more books (in Spanish, Catalan and easy English).
4. Go to the gym and do exercise.
5. Learn Italian to speak with my family.

What's Christmas for me?

For me Christmas is a good time to relax and spend time with my family. I really enjoy presents too. I can also practice my instruments during holidays. Unfortunately I have to do some homework that spoil them. Every year we celebrate Christmas on the 24th at night and open presents at midnight. Then the 25th have a familiar lunch (only my parents, my sister and me) and enjoy our presents. We always eat a typical Venezuelan food: hallacas, pan de jamón, pernil (a kind of meat) and ensalada de gallina. It's delicious!! Then the 31st we get together again and eat the same food. And then stand waiting for  next Christmas.
